1. Drain the diesel oil and lubricating oil.
2. Remove the surface dust and oil.
3, use the 1.2 - 1.8 kg HC-8 machine to heat the foam to disappear. Add 1-1.6kg to the crankcase, shake the car for several turns to splash the oil on the surface of the moving parts, and then drain the oil.
4. A small amount of anhydrous oil is added into the intake port, and the engine is cranked to make it adhere to the top of the piston, the inner wall of the cylinder liner and the valve sealing surface. The valve is placed in the closed state to separate the cylinder liner from the outside.
5. Remove the valve cover, dip a small amount of anhydrous oil with a brush, brush it on the rocker arm and other parts.
6. Cover the air filter, exhaust pipe and oil tank to prevent dust from falling in.
7. The diesel engine should be placed in a well ventilated, dry and clean place. It is forbidden to store chemicals (such as chemical fertilizer, pesticide, etc.) in one place.
